Jay and his guys came quickly to assess my problem. They checked both my furnaces and determined I had a faulty thermostat. He recommended an Ecobee and came back to install. Call on a Sunday afternoon with A/C issues. It was a non-emergency problem. We scheduled service for 10am on Monday. Arrived early and made the repair quickly.
